Lisa was awesome to work with. She was friendly, upfront, effective, efficient, and flexible. Her understanding of the processes made the experience far easier than expected and helped us to negotiate for things that we wouldn't have realized we could. Our move was something of a surprise, in that it happened much more quickly than I expected and because my partner was not able to help, it was very stressful in that way. The sale itself couldn't have gone better, but moving is always awful, and this was no exception. Once the movers came and got the furniture/big stuff, there was lots of "little" things left behind and Jason delivered it to our new home so that we could focus on getting in and unpacking. He was a Godsend! He also got food the day of the move, (for us and the movers) arranged for mulch and removal of a dish in the back yard; you name it, he did it. I couldn't ask for better. Thank you Jason, for all that you did to make the process easier and as pain-free as possible.

We had an amazing experience working with Jason. We were buying land in western NC, but live in another country. Jason patiently and diligently found information on the various properties we had favorited and even traveled to some for us to assess whether it was in our favor or not. Jason did a fantastic job of setting up several online searches with multiple search parameters to help us decide if we wanted to purchase land or a house. He set up zoom showings and shared videos with us to narrow down potential properties since we were searching from 1,000 miles away. If you want a realtor who is devoted to finding you your perfect home look no further than Jackie Tatelman of Dawn Wilson Realty. Jackie walked me through the process of buying my first home with care and precision. She will not let you settle for a home that isn't perfect for you. I was a first time home buyer and hadn't even thought through completely what I wanted. I knew what I didn't want, but not what I did. We looked at many homes so that I would get a feel for different neighborhoods and layouts. Even though I was very new to the area Jackie found my dream home in less than a month (Five points, Asheville). It was not smooth sailing getting to that dream house, but Jackie made the experience a fun one! At the beginning of the process Jackie found me a great house and I was going to put an offer on it. But the next day after sleeping on it I knew it wasn't right for me. Although Jackie was about to lose a commission, she said that she was proud of me for knowing what I needed and that she only wanted me buying something I one hundred percent wanted. Soon after I found my dream house and Jackie helped me craft a perfect offer and I got the house! I was elated, but during due diligence we found really significant structural problems with the foundation. I was still leaning toward going forward with the purchase, but when Jackie told me she was having trouble sleeping that night because she was worried I was about to make a huge financial mistake, I trusted Jackie's input and that of my friends and terminated the contract. Once again Jackie was walking away from an easy commission. By this point Jackie really knew what I wanted and when she spotted another property on the market in the same neighborhood I had been so set on with the previous house, she had us viewing it within two hours of its being on the market, and once again helped me make an excellent offer that was accepted. When we found small problems during due diligence she negotiated hard to get money taken off the final price. I couldn't have been happier with Jackie every step of the way. And now, even though Jackie's job is technically done she is still answering my questions about the best repair people, calling those people up and asking them questions on my behalf, and sharing all her vast knowledge about home ownership. I have even found that repair people call me back faster when I say that Jackie Tatelman recommended them.
