As the owner and managing broker of Jason Land Realty, I’ve built my career around a passion for helping people find their perfect home and fostering a sense of community. With over 30 years of experience spanning both the corporate and real estate sectors, I bring a mix of expertise, dedication, and heart to every client’s real estate journey.

My approach to real estate is simple: treat others the way I’d want to be treated. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism guide everything I do, ensuring my clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. A Bit About Me

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me on the pickleball court. I play several times a week and have even competed in tournaments with my pickleball partner, Candie. It’s not just a hobby; it’s a way to stay active, connect with others, and embrace a little friendly competition.

I’m also deeply committed to my community. Every week, I volunteer at the Black Mountain Visitor’s Center, sharing my love for the area with visitors. I also serve on the committees for the Sourwood Honey Festival and Black Mountain's annual Holly Jolly event—two cherished local traditions that highlight the spirit of our mountain town.

At home, I’m Dad to Tucker, a six-year-old goldendoodle who keeps life full of joy (and plenty of fur). I’m a big fan of discovering new places while traveling, and I’m always exploring ways to integrate new technology into my personal and professional life.
