COVID-19 has all of us rethinking so many gestures and habits in our lives. We are finding that with so many folks working from home they seem to have more time to search the internet for real estate. The phone and emails keep coming in and we are prepared to list your home or represent you as a buyer.
We pay close attention to state, local and The North Carolina Association of Realtors directives and follow all recommendations for communicating with clients and in-person showings. Some sellers will not want to show their homes during this time, we will respect that and drive by and wait for a better time to view the interior.
We will have buyer clients ride in their own car and have our chats with clients outdoors as much as possible. We suggest to our sellers that they open windows to further reduce the risk.
All clients and agents will be required to wear face coverings, provided at all our listings.
