Dawn was absolutely great in helping us find and close on our home in
Asheville!! Overall, the thing that stood out was that in locating a home and
negotiating cost and repairs, her attitude and actions were as if she was buying
it for herself. She anticipated our questions and had some which we had not
thought of, did not give up in finding answers and had all the contacts, (e.g.
legal, survey, county, city, contractors), which took a lot of the stress out of
buying a new home and moving. I feel like were are pretty picky in what we were
looking for and she stayed positive and encouraging even when we did not like
houses. Through all this she was pleasant and fun and kept in constant contact.
We definitely felt that we were important to her and not just another “lead”.
On a scale of 1 - 10, Dawn is a 10!! If you are looking to buy or sell a home, we

Dawn was an absolute joy to work with. Four days after a serendipitous meeting, she had a buyer for my house - before it was even on the market!

She held my hand every step of the process. When the inspection turned up needed repairs, Dawn found and scheduled the right people for each job.  I moved out of state two weeks before the closing. She checked on the house every day so knew right away when a tree fell on the shed and had it taken care of. She even forwarded the mail that continued to be delivered. 

I was so impressed with the personal attention I received. Dawn brought me boxes and packing material when I was boxing up everything. She cheered me on when I became overwhelmed with all the necessary tasks. She dropped by the day the moving truck was loaded and brought me lunch for my long drive to Louisville!
